About us

Bill's Heating & A/C is a large, fast-paced HVAC contractor with headquarters in Post Falls, Idaho. Despite the current state of consolidation within our industry, we remain 100% independently and locally owned and operated.

We employ a dedicated team of HVAC service technicians, installers, electricians, and plumbers to handle our service calls, retro installations, new construction, and commercial work.

Our geographic service region includes northern Idaho and eastern Washington. Currently, Bill's Heating & A/C is in the process of opening a fully-staffed shop in Lewiston, Idaho to handle and expand upon our growing southern market.

Duties:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems or areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other technicians and service managers to complete projects and
assignments
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or license in HVAC/R preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

As a service technician, you will report to, and be dispatched from our Lewiston, Idaho office. All service work will be performed at our customers' locations using your company-provided truck and tools.
