College Coach at WSU Pullman and WWCC Clarkston Campus

The GEAR UP Programs is seeking a College Coach with a work location in the Pullman and Clarkston area. This position is responsible for providing direct student support services and resources to GEAR UP cohorts; increasing student academic performance; promoting student positive academic behaviors and non-cognitive skills; and guiding students with college and career exploration throughout their first year at WSU Pullman and WWCC Clarkston Campus.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substituted for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
