ASSET CONTROLLER- Emergency Management
ASSET CONTROLLER- Emergency Management: This position is responsible for acquiring necessary property or locations suitable for radio site development as needed. Preparing and managing communication tower lease agreements, ensuring they are legally compliant and clearly outline terms and conditions. Including negotiating terms and adjusting rent as necessary. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, corrections, and escalations, and generate reports to track and communicate the status of financial accuracy and resolution. Oversee the procurement of goods, equipment, supplies or materials. Manage Public Works projects, RFP/bid preparation, including vendor review and selection, contract negotiation, within county policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred. Or the candidate may have 5 years of experience that can be a combination of related business or finance work and education. Successfully pass a criminal investigation background check. Valid driver’s license required. STARTING WAGE: $28.90/hr Full Wage Range: $28.90-$34.54/hr CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled.
